Season 3
The third season of the animated series Inuyasha premiered on 8th May 2004. In the first episode Shippo falls in love with Satsuki, who tries to bring her dead brother back to life with the help of a counterfeit shard. Sango and Miroku try to find the truth about a demon princess who is suspected of stealing the men from a village. The entire gang except Sango is captured by a sage who feeds humans to a demon tree to get the fruit of immortality. In the last episode of the third season which was aired on 12th January 2005, Naraku tries to increase his strength by sucking up Inuyasha and Sesshomaru, who have teamed against him for a final battle. After the 24th episode of the season which was aired on 16th October 2004, the series took a break and the remaining three episodes of the season were telecasted on the 10th, 11th and 12th of January in 2005.
